Facing Your Internal Truth!

What is your internal truth?

When I was a little girl, my Grandmother would always have the saying, “A person’s mouth can say anything, But, their actions is what speaks the loudest.” I could tell myself and others everyday, that I was doing everything that I needed to do to get where I need to be. But, if this was truly not the truth, then deep within the sound of that lie would cause the self critic to go on a tangent in my head. It’s very easy to get caught up in talk about what you are going to do, then actually doing the task. The truth of the matter is that once you verbally tell a lie, to your self or others it seems to linger in your own spirit, slowly causing more procrastination and less determination.

In the use of the Law of Attraction, we know that visualization, affirmations and mind work is necessary to create what ever existence we desire. In the bible we are also told to “Call those things that be not, as thou they were” all of these sayings are activated by faith and the true gut feeling that what we are asking for or saying we want, we truly believe internally is that we have or can achieve it.

Take sometime to exam what you have been speaking, are your actions coinciding with what you are saying? Do you have a book or manuscript, which you have had intentions of writing for many years, but something inside you has not allowed you to act on it? What about bettering your health, paying off debt, decorating your home or cleaning out that closet? All of these things are small hindrance to your internal truths! Some things can be put off, but know that they will always be there no matter how much you hear your self talk about doing them.

What about how we speak of love and caring for our selves and others. It’s so easy to say I love you, or I care about you, but, what are your actions really saying? We all have an internal truth gauge that has been installed by the creator to let us know when we are out of balance or out of line. You will recognize this gauge by the feelings that come up when we contradict our selves by our actions. It’s easy to talk a good game, but when play time is near and you have no strategy or plan or idea of what you are going to do, you risk losing the ball to the other team. All we have is our word and what we believe in, if you find others that believe in you and your dreams cherish them and be honest.

A person can say I am going to be a millionaire all day long, but, if your actions are not doing anything to achieve this goal, then your internal truth is a lie! This, in turn will make you feel bad, because you have nothing tangible to prove to your self that this is a reality. Now, if you say I am going to be a millionaire and you are taking actions to be a millionaire, i.e... Reading books on becoming a millionaire, finding a mentor that is a millionaire, finding out how others achieved this goal. All of these action items will build your faith and also tell the Universe that you are truly serious about achieving this goal.

Don’t put off things that could assist you in achieving your goals and pretend that you have it all together when you don’t. We are all working toward our purpose. By being truthful the creator will send you some help your way to achieve your goal!! So before you speak, put some action behind it. Before you say I love you, do something that is loving!

Love, Peace N Much Respect!
