Taking Care Of Business! (Spring Cleaning Time)

Taking Care of Business! (Spring Cleaning Time)

I was recently talking to my children, about energy and how it is important to allow energy to flow with in your home, car and office environment. I have learned through study and experience that clutter can bring on mental clutter. Everything is linked and is an outward manifestation of how you are thinking and feeling emotionally. Most people walk around with little things on their mental list of (I need) to do that, or take care of this, and the list continues to grow! Often times the list will get pushed down or go undone because as your time progress, your list gets bigger, and you continue to see the I really (need to) do things, that just seem to never get done. The result is a metal closet of projects, and little annoyances or the ( Shoulda, Woulda, Coulda) mentality.

Small things lead to big emotional lumps and annoyances! Have you ever been aggravated for no apparent reason? Do you often feel like a hamster spinning your wheels and not getting anything done? Well, we all do at some point in our lives become the victim of undone business that lurks around and cause us to feel guilty and inapt. Small things like clothes on the floor in our bedrooms or closets that are in much need of a refresh. In the metaphysical world your car represents your emotions, so if your back seat looks like a mini mart or a moving clothes closet then you are clogging your emotions with stuff.

Rule of thumb, if you are making excuses about anything before hand, then know that what ever it is need to be scheduled to get done. Don’t dismiss your conscious that is telling you, that you need to do something. I think God has a sense of humor! So the very things that you try to cover up or hide or make excuses for maybe dirty house, car or office space he will send people directly to it, and watch you squirm from embarrassment! LOL

Make a annoyance list and knock it out one by one, then sit back and watch life get better!

Love, Peace N Much Respect!
