Affirmation: I Love & Approve of My Self!!!
Do On To Others!
Are you having strange issues with people? Does someone owe you money and wont pay you back? Did someone hurt your feelings or even lied or cheated on you? Are you having issues at your job, with communications or with someone close? “You get what you give!” That sage old adage ring in my ear to this day, my Mother and Grandmother would always have those little sayings, when news would come around, of someone getting their just desert! They would quote the saying from the bible that “You reap what you have sowed” Could it be that some people have misused, misdirected and hurt people by their actions, while others are just victims of circumstance?
The rule of the Law of Attraction is that you give off a vibration, to the Universe and that vibration attracts things, people and situations to your life that match the vibration that you are sending out. So for example, if I told a lie, then eventually I am going to get lied too which does not seem far from what the bible and my Mother and Grandmother would say. I am saying this to say, before you judge a situation or person, stop and take a moment to analyze your self and ask the question why is this happening, and why am I attracting this to me at this time. Was there something in your thoughts that may have brought the situation on?
If you have seen the movie “The Secret” there is a scene where a homosexual man was constantly harassed about being Gay. He would get accosted on the streets and at work and it seem that every where he went, someone was bothering him about being Gay. Finally the guy went to see one of the counselors from the Secret and told them his situation. The first thing the counselor suggested was for the guy to clear his mind and stop thinking about what others thought of him. He suggested that the guy imagined in his mind that people accepted him and finally he told him that he needed to learn to accept his self.
Learning to accept your self is the key to a lot of external and internal issues that we face daily. Have you ever had a spot on your clothes, a run in your stockings or a pimple that you thought was humongous? You would walk around like you had a bolder hanging from your neck and every time someone would speak to you, you felt like they were looking right at the trouble spot? Most of us, would probably have an internal conversation saying “Oh my gosh, I wonder if they notice it?” Even though the person speaking to you may never have noticed it, you would eventually bring up the issue and all the while making up excuses as to why its there!! LOL
What about when someone give you a compliment, most people counter act the compliment with something negative, as thou they don’t deserve the compliment!
“My what a nice shirt or dress, you wear it well” then you reply by saying "Oh, this old thing, I just threw something on, or I am surprised it still fit!" All of these sayings are discounting your self and the compliment. You may not realize but what you say about your self matters more then what someone else thinks or says about you. So work toward thinking and talking less about what others have to say, and pay attention to what you are thinking and saying about your self.
Love Peace N Much Respect
