What’s wrong?
Bills are due, car won’t start and you are not talking to most of your family. You have been searching for the right job, right situation or break that will bring your dreams to fruition. As far as you can believe things just don’t seem to jive for you, this leaves your spirit broken and wondering if the Universe has a hold stamped on your star. Well I am here to tell you that there is hope! Sometimes we all go through a period of waiting and wanting. This period often feels over whelming and hopeless, the key to changing your situation is to keep your faith and change the way you see your situation. Ok, you lost your job, well maybe the Creator want your time free so that you can be blessed with something amazing! Maybe your car broke down, and you don’t have money to fix it or buy a new one. Well, maybe if you focus on a new vehicle or a new way around you will receive something remarkable to help you with your current situation. Every negative is not meant for your bad.
I know that it is very hard to be optimistic in the face of problems and tragedy but, what does it hurt or cost to change your thoughts to get something different? Sometimes out of the worst situation comes something beautiful and much better then before. Your fortitude to be strong, during adversity is a strengthen exercise to build up your faith so that you can produce more. It’s so easy for us to feel sorry for our selves or to dwell on the negative. But, understand that it takes a minute to change your mind and produce something better.
I have heard some people say that they stay in bad situations, jobs or relationships, because something is better then nothing. Well, if this is your stance then realize that you are not allowing your self to have something better. My Grandmother uses to say closed hands will never receive. I think that also apply to having a closed heart and mind! Allow your self to have something better by letting go of the old and embracing the faith that something new can and will come if you expect it.
Life will throw us all kinds of balls, straight, curved or even foul balls in the game of life, but if we stay in the game and have expectations of winning, we can actually win it.
Example: Hurricane Ike caused a lot of devastation and caused many to lose their homes, but to the people that were already destitute and homeless they benefited from the storm by the attention being brought to those that were not destitute it brought shelter for those who already did not have any help! I say this to say that sometimes a storm will come to shift things and some good can come from bad. I know this is not the case in some instances where life was taken. But each of us has a story and a life line and what ever the reason is the Creator has it figured out. Be mindful of your thoughts and don’t be so quick to give up! Believe and you can receive.
Love, Peace N Much Respect!
