What you think speak volumes in to your life!
In initiating the Law of Attraction, it is imperative that through out the day you check in with your self and monitor what you are thinking. If you find your self dwelling or thinking of negative situations or problems, then you are on a fast track to creating more of that in your life. When things are out of whack and your affairs are out of balance, it is truly hard not to ponder or question the reason as to why things are happening. But, try your best not to dwell on what ever it is, and refocus your thoughts on something more pleasurable.
I also struggle with this daily, but when I follow my focus of keeping my thoughts on positive things in the presence of negative then miraculous things happen. I had a bad habit of saying “Oh, I can’t afford that” I did this constantly and would not try to buy the very thing I wanted in fear of the price tag! Well one day, I was out shopping with one of my Sisters and saw something that was a little steep for my purse string. I started saying my spill about how expensive it was and how I could not afford it. She politely corrected me and told me that I could have what ever I wanted, if I truly wanted it. I was a little taken back, because she of all people knew I did not have any money, so I was trying to figure out why she would have said such a thing. Then she explained the process of when ever she wanted a big ticket item she would go look at it often and then she would ask if they had a layaway plan and then she would visualize it and she would be determined to have it! I did not know it at the time, but this was my first introduction to (The law of Attraction!) I now spend time visiting and admiring the very things that I truly want, no matter the cost! Miraculously I have some how attracted those things in to my life from doing so!
Every instance or happenings does not require you to allow it to consume your thoughts! Pick and choose what you give your attention to. Try repeating to your self, “My mind and not my emotions control my thoughts.” If you are having some issues and need to talk about them, try talking about what you want to happen, such as (They did not call when they said they would) how about (I really want them to call me) or (I am so sick of this job) how about (I will be so happy, when I start my new job) The rephrasing of a statement can create harmony and vibrations that will produce the very thing you are speaking of.
The Universe is always listening to what you are saying, so watch out for negative words and thoughts. It’s your choice to feel the way you chose. But why not make it more pleasurable if you can. I was co-teaching a communication course and one of the first questions they asked is; how would you handle your thoughts, if you had to have a conversation with “Bill O’Rilley’? I know most people cringe at the thought! But, as negative and harsh as Bill can be, the key to communicating with someone like him is to take your emotions out of the equation, and allow your self control over your own thoughts. This evoked thought on my behalf by knowing how to control my thoughts when negativity is in my face! Having a conversation with Bill is definitely in your face. Hahahahaha!
So, the next time you hear the statements, (I can’t) or (it will never happen) or (I am not making this or that happen.) Know that those thoughts are giving you exactly what you are thinking about and saying.
